I'm a new employee 
  I need my Email,WebAdvisor, Blackboard and network accounts setup
  I need my telephone setup
  I need my PC cleaned/wiped/setup for my use
  I need some basic training (explain below)
My PC is Malfunctioning
  It won't even start up
  It starts, but then it hangs/freezes

* Each user is responsible for the safety of his/her own data. Data backups should be made prior to OIT coming to replace your computer. OIT will transfer you data if 1) you do not have a way to do it yourself and 2) all of the data is in one directory on your hard drive.
