Thompkins Health Center

About Us

Two full-time nurses (RN and LPN), a full-time medical assistant and a part-time nurse practitioner staff the Student Health Center. Nurse practitioner coverage is from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Wednesdays and Thursdays when classes are in session; students must contact Student Health Services to schedule an appointment to see the Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).  After FNP hours, students will be assessed by the nurse on duty.  Any student needing medical attention should report to Student Health Services during its hours of operation, 8:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m. during the fall and spring semesters and 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. during the summer semester.

In the event of an emergency, the student should go directly to a local emergency room. 

Hours Of Operation

Fall and Spring Semesters:

Mon-Fri:  8:00a.m. – 5:00p.m.

Summer Semester

Mon-Thurs: 7:30a.m. – 6:00p.m.
