| Description: | Assist the Director of Sponsored Research & Grants with administrative duties. To include but not limited to coordinating grant related and Title III activities, assist with prospect research, and data entry. The persons in this position will also oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, including serving as the first point of contact for callers and visitors to the office, ordering office supplies, and coordinating meeting. The successful candidate must be able to prioritize work while managing multiple projects simultaneously. The administrative assistant should possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor to assist the Director and Title III Coordinator in maintaining positive internal and external relations.

| Qualifications: | Applicant must have at least one-year of experience or knowledge of grants and research, a high school diploma or equivalent. Two years secretarial experience is required. Post secondary education is preferred. Proficient in utilization of office equipment, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point and Publisher application. Experience working in higher education a plus, and knowledge of Lincoln University's computer system would be extremely beneficial. |
